Application privacy notice.
First Rate Couriers, LLC (FRC) uses the contact details, location, vehicle and service-area answers, availability, experience, self-reported license, insurance and smartphone answers, and optional résumé you provide to review your application and contact you about it.
How your application is handled
Your application is saved on the FRC website before forwarding to FRC’s recruitment records in Airtable when syncing is enabled. FRC may use its n8n workflow for recruitment automation and email receipts. Authorized FRC staff can review the application. Résumé downloads from the website require administrator access. FRC uses these service providers to operate the application process.
An application receipt may be sent by email through FRC’s existing receipt process. This application form does not sign you up for text messages.
What to include
Provide only the information requested for this initial application. License, insurance, vehicle access and experience answers are self-reported for staff review. The form does not verify these answers or automatically decide eligibility.
Please do not include Social Security numbers, identity documents, banking information or medical information in your résumé or other answers.

Contact FRC at info@firstcouriersllc.com with questions about your application or this notice, or to request a correction. Include your application reference if available; do not email sensitive identity or financial documents.
Client quote inquiries
FRC collects your name and email address, optional company and phone number, requested service and vehicle, approximate miles, pickup and delivery areas, optional date, delivery frequency, and delivery details to review your request, prepare a quote, and contact you. A quote inquiry is not a delivery booking.
Client inquiries are saved on the FRC website and can be viewed by authorized FRC staff. When Airtable syncing is enabled, FRC also keeps a copy in its staff Airtable workspace for follow-up. Staff can add follow-up status and internal notes. Automated client email and text receipts are off.
